[Fixed] Game is not correctly sized for iPad (Air, 9th gen, 10th gen)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the game on an iPad Pro 11 in. From the start up of the game, you can see the graphics and text are very small.
What do you expect to see? The graphics and text would adjust for my screen size.

I upgraded my tablet to an iPad Pro 11 in. When I launched the game, I noticed the text and graphics were smaller than usual. Once the game completely loaded, the graphics and text were still small. 

I'm adding new screenshots today. These are from my iPad 9th gen. The UI is not adjusted to the screen size. 

The text is almost impossible to read.

I posted my original report in February 2021, and I’m still getting notifications on this more than 2 years later. I haven’t even opened the app  in months! Honestly every time I get a notification I open the thread out of idle hope, but I’m never entirely surprised that it’s more reports on the same issue. I’m sorry you all are still having trouble, or newly experiencing it on upgrading your devices. 

Visual Orientation on my iPad Pro is tiny,

I got a new iPad and was able to load my game successfully without losing any progress or anything. The problem is that the icons appear tiny and are barely legible. Is this the way it’s supposed to look? I tried to take a screenshot to show the difference between how it was before and how it is now, but the file upload size is unacceptable so I don’t know what to do

Just purchased a new iPad Air 5. Now the font and activities are very small in the Sims Mobile game. It is not a pleasure to play the game anymore. It was one of my favourite games that I would play daily. Now I rarely play it anymore. My mom also got a new iPad Air 5 just like mine and she has the exact same issue. You need to get glasses or a magnifying glass to see fonts as before. I see that people have had the exact same issue since 2021. What gives?
