[Fixed?] Getting the same item at Izzy's consistently

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You'd probably have to be on my account and go to Izzy's with my main female character (Keryn) selected and get a shirt made.
What do you expect to see? Some variety

I sent in a bug report via the game, and was directed by support to post here as well to make it visible to everyone.

Every time I go to Izzy's with my original (female) player and use gems I get the same pink shirt. Same color, type, and boost. I've gotten it at least 3 times now (sold 1 or 2) and am sick of wasting gems so I don't want to try it again. The only time I got something different was when I spent 16 more gems to retry a design (when I first started the game and didn't know how valuable gems were), since then it's pink shirt, after pink shirt. I only get something different when I go with my male character selected, but then I only get male clothes. I really hate pink! haha. Would love for this to be sorted before I waste anymore gems!

    Haven't had any replies on this bug in a while, I haven't had the issue myself either so I'm marking this a solved. 

    If you do see the issue, please let me know so I can reopen the post!

    No ones even replying to this thread from EA, they're trying to avoid this problem or what? EA is greedy though I don't think they'd try to quickly fix this one if they think they can sucker some money out of someone to avoid repeats

    I've gotten six pair of black pants for men, and have no male Sims.  Yay.

    Now they've completely removed the ability to trash the repeats for gems. Yeah I'm just quitting the game, EA doesnt answer anyone or address issues. After months it's tiring

    This happens to me often too. I've gotten the same bracelet 5 times, same pants 5 times, same shirt 4 times, same skirt and top twice, etc.

    AND now I can't sell back Izzy's items anymore? Please fix this!!!

    I have the most recent game updates.

    This really annoyed me too, that is when it was actually working for me... would be better if the gender of the sim entering Izzy would reflect the item you get. My female sims are not shopping for my male sims 🤨 also, would be nice if when we have the exact duplicate of an item, why not let us sell it back at closer to full price, 3 gems? No good, it takes a long time to accumulate them and if you buy them they are expensive and go so fast, so disappointing when you get a duplicate and only 3 gems when deleting it.

    Izzy only cycles through the old set for me.  Only once did I get him to cycle through the set with the hero costumes.  Today I spent REAL MONEY and all 100 gems were wasted on junk that I have seen over and over and over and over!!!  I want to at least have a chance at the new stuff.  THIS IS A BUG!!  Do not advertise that you can get the NEW Izzy gear when he will ONLY think of the old items.  I am so annoyed right now.  What a total waste.  I hated everything so much that I didn't claim and rerolled with not pins 6 time JUST NOW with ONLY the first set of items in Izzy's thought bubbles.  I even logged out and in and used different sims.  I'd like Izzy fixed and my gems back please.

    I don't like the fact that I have two Izzy items that appear to be an outfit that are separates. Because they are both izzy items my sim can't wear the peasant top and skirt together. See pics
