    Yes it seems to be fixed @simmerdownMAL all tops mentioned seem to work perfectly with the Artistic Angles Mini skirt.

The Phoenix Gown also discolors my sim's chest and shoulders. It shows as it should in CAS but discolors my sim's skin in live mode
