How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The issue exists in multiple parts of the game (I've attached files showing how through navigation to reach the issue in the various parts). First, when trying to purchase new furniture, there are multiple items that remain locked. Text is displayed that the item unlocks at Player Level 5. I am currently Player Level 16. The same type of issue also occurs when changing my appearing and trying to buy newer outfits. The biggest issue of all involves the inability to assign stickers to other characters. When trying to assign stickers it displays a message unlocks at Player Level 5. As of result I am unable to complete the daily ToDo list which allows me to earn prizes such as cupcakes.
What do you expect to see? I expect the items and features to unlock for use when I reach the required Player Level.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Anything in build buy mode and the medical career still locked at level 9 even though I am level 15
What do you expect to see? Level 9 objects unlocked

I am currently on level 15 and noticed not only is medical career not unlocked but anything and everything that was associated with level 9 is still locked. Even after the most recent update 2 days ago.
