How often does the bug occur?: Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: I’m not sure..
What do you expect to see?: All items should be unlocked once the player reaches the required level needed
Connection Type: Wifi
Please select your region: Europe
Country: Wales
Additional feedback: I’m level 20 and I’m unable to give stickers (I can’t participate in the Easter event because of this). I can’t use level 5 furnitures and clothing items. Also, I can’t access Izzy’s fashion shop which is also level 5. I can’t access any of the level 5 items within the game.

Please fix this ASAP. Thanks in advance!
