How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? regardless of the amount of simoleans spent, the life style rank is "exceptionally expenspensive" and will not level higher. Over 15,000 simoleans have been spent and the meter is noticeably empty, registering nothing.
What do you expect to see? for the meter to fill and eventually level, as simoleans are spent.

I have been back and forth with EA tech support to no avail. They gave me 100 simoleons for my ‘inconvenience’, but they have not fixed it! I’m getting super aggravated that there seems to be no remedy to this problem, making playing the game pointless if you can’t progress.
- Anonymous8 years agoI've had the same issue this past 3-4 days. The meter hasn't moved at all and i've built a whole new room for a child plus added new furniture around the house...
- 8 years agoIm still having this ptoblem and now it is causing issues!! I really need the next few land and room expansions but no matter what i buy nothing pushes the bar to the next level. I am stuck at the very end of my level and have been for nearly 1k now. I am reluctant to even spend any more money because i dont want to waste anything id the bar just wont increase! It was fine yesterday Morning, I bought a few new items. The bar reached the very end. So I bought something expensive but it didn't move. I have bought several other expensive new items that I have never bought before and still the numbers go up but the bar refuses to move to the next level. I took a few screen shots but sadly i missed the shot showing the lack of change from my expensive purchase. Please can someone help fix this as soon as possible? It makes progressing in the game impossible!!

Steps: Stuck with a full green "Next Up" bar at current Lifestyle ranking. No progress after activities that should have increased ranking.
What do you expect to see? Lifestyle ranking to progress, ideally retroactively accounting for progress that should have been made after the freeze.

Additional feedback: My stuck ranking is "Daring Dreamer," which accumulates points but doesn't progress to "Intrepidly In-Vogue". No progress after buying, building, completing a collection, and making apparel and accessories purchases. Upon completing a collection, a window showed the completion and displayed the ranking with no change. No change upon increasing levels from 13 to 14. I have 2 currently active quests related to Lifestyle, "Room to Grow" and "Admired and Inspired".
