    @whackywhippet234 & @katclawsx3 could you make a new report on this issue if it's still there?

    @whackywhippet234 it seems the issue you're having is a bit different than the no ads at all. @katclawsx3 maybe you can reply to Maaike in the new report?

    Closing this bug report as it's fixed if it's back or is back in a different way please make a new report for it.

la Quinta video keeps freezing takes a long time to complete

    Loosing rewards again because videos won't play. Worse when you loose heirloom ticket rewards . This has been happening allot be lately. Please remove the la Quinta video.

      NO ADVERTS- Still Happening  🙁

      I am having issues getting videos at BOTH my mailbox and after completing events.   I Click on the blue arrow and then nothing happens!

      This has been an ongoing issue for me since June & it’s now September.

       I’m missing out on so many and much-needed rewards!  

      Can someone please look into this and do a permanent fix?    TIA
