This issue was fixed so Passive Sims won't continue to disappear
A friend of mine lost 8 of her NPC’s after been 2 weeks (sick) away from the game. She then started to find some of them as aged townies.
This was prior to the last update (27.0). She also lost many important contacts. She is so sad she hasn’t played anymore 😢
EA Staff (Retired)@laprembee There is a bug where some sims are being back into players games, maybe she got hers back. It is worth checking!
