[Fixed] Party Level Reset

This happened to me too, grinded to level 10 in 2 hours just to reset all the way back to one.
Should we reply with our info to this thread or send an email?

  I started a party at my house and got up to level 5 in purple balloons went to sleep like a normal human and when I logged back on my party was at level one even though I had all my purple stars. How can this happen and can it be fixed?

I was up to a level 10 party and then it reset! Sad day. ☹️

I also had this happen today. I grinded until my party was level 10. Left game for a few hours came back to play and it's now party level 1.

I usually use WiFi, but not exclusively. I've only once had a connection issue, and at that point the game just froze for a couple minutes and kept asking me to reconnect, even though everything else internet-related on my phone was working fine. It's possible that problem occurred during the bugged party, but I'm pretty sure I would have noticed if the party reset immediately after the dropped connection.

Basically, I ground my party up to level 10 twice, which was annoying, but I had plenty of time. On that note, however...is it supposed to be possible to raise the party level at a party you host by spamming socials, with those socials costing no energy? Because that's what happened. Twice.

  Just watched this happen to a party I attended. I sort of suspected it was coming, because when I visited, the level on the screen said 6, but when I checked the party list, it said 10. After I left and then checked the party list again, the list said level 1. So yeah. The game was telling me the party was at 2 different levels simultaneously, and then it reset to 1.

No connection issues but have issues with game not loading/freezing during tasks.

I was still at level 9 in the morning, went back on in the afternoon and it reset to level 1

    This problem also happened to me today. I successfully reached Level 10 for my party, but it reset to Level 1 right after I leveled up my overall player level in the game.

The exact or approximate time this happened in your game? 4 PM CEST
I got my party to level 4, then visited my little brother's party. Noticed his was suddenly level 4, which was odd because it said level 2 before I went there. Then went back to my home, and my party was suddenly level 10. My little brother's party was level 10 too. 30 minutes later after I was done editing my house, I noticed my party is now back to level 1, and my little brother's party is now level 7 (it's supposed to be level 3).
So yeah I think I somehow bugged up his party as well, or he bugged up mine. I don't know.
Current situation:
my level 4 party is level 1.
his level 3 party is level 7.

EDIT:
Right after I pressed submit on this post, my party leveled up to level 3 (i wasn't doing anything). and while I'm typing this, it leveled up again to level 4 (again not doing anything but standing in my house).
Current situation:
my level 4 party is level 4.
his level 3 party is level 7.
EDIT2:
Again I randomly leveled all the way to level 7, and my little brother is back to level 10
Current situation:
my level 4 party is level 7.
his level 3 party is level 10.
