I'm having the same problem also. Started when I bought a stove and now it won't go away even after I tap the stove. It also stays on my screen while doing other events.

I’ve actually just gone on my Sims and it has finally gone! I didn’t do anything to fix it so I’m wondering if someone else has. Maybe make a post reporting it and it might get fixed.
