How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Once the app is opened it shows up.
What do you expect to see? I don't expect it to stay there.

Additional feedback I use a legitimate apk because normally google play says its not compatible, however it plays quite fine. I have restarted the game and my phone and it is still there.

Also even tho this isn't related to this issue but I still am waiting for my fashion gems from the sticker event that ended this week

Check my correspondence in the thread " Unrelated Tips with Light Bulb Icon Appear Every Time I Open Game". I figured out the resolution but it involves waiting until the next time a guided tip comes around. I had the same problem due to another tip, until the ornate pop up appeared for me. I dutifully followed the instructions and poof! Frozen pop up is gone. So I think you'll need to wait until you get another pop-up in the same spot, follow the instructions (I'm curious, did you NOT follow the instructions perfectly this time? Because when my pop-up got stuck, I hadn't followed the instructions.... I think that had something to do with it) and I bet your stuck pop up goes away. Good luck keep me posted!

    I did it fine the first time but it came up again and I tried to ignore it cause I did it already. But ok thank you I will try your solution and let you know

    So the pop up is still there, even though the event has ended.
