How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The Notification window is on my phone and Tablet. Ive uninstalled the game and re-installed it. Its still there. It is up no matter where my Sim is or what im trying to do in the game.
What do you expect to see? The Notification window says, "Take this SimCash, Ill Cover the cost today."

HelpDid you use the Simcash you got to speed up work progress of one of your Sims? It's a little bit of a tutorial that kinda just pops up.
It's a known problem EA has to fix. I have it from a party I hosted. Starting over, you may get the notice stuck on the screen doing something else . There is a larger thread on this issue.
