It's a known problem EA has to fix. I have it from a party I hosted. Starting over, you may get the notice stuck on the screen doing something else . There is a larger thread on this issue.

I've searched for this issue but did not find another thread. Could you possibly point me in the right direction?

    if you scroll down the bugs section you will see a thread titled Unrealated tips Lightbulb icon 

    EA staff will probably merge your post  with that thread.
