I logged in to find my fashion studio empty and my hospital empty. The items are nowhere and even the windows are missing. How can this be fixed?

This just happened to me, but with my fashion studio and hospital. I am level 50, with many years in this game. Any advice?

Perhaps I am unintelligent, but I can not submit any emails or tickets for assistance. This is incredibly frustrating and the help pages seem to want me to rely on fourms or help pages. Any other ways I can submit a help request?
Thank you, but this page appears to be useless. It only offers help from fourms or pre-made pages. There is no 'contact us' or 'message EA' options on this page. Help from the company appears to not be available, and it is apparent this issue has been happening to others for years. I believe it's time to stop giving this company my money until issues are actually fixed. Thank you for your help, but I shall give up and quit the game for now. I refuse to stress over something that is unfixable.
