Game crash when leaves house

When ever I try to leave the house the game crashes.

    Hi everyone,


    We have some more good news, the new version of the game is now also available on iOS! Go to the App Store to download it, and please let us know how the game works for you after you’ve downloaded the update.

    If you don’t see the new update on The Sims Mobile page, go to the Updates tab and pull down the page to refresh it. The update for The Sims Mobile should appear then.

    Because you missed out on a day of the ASOS event, please do contact us for compensation. To speed up the process it will be best to do it from inside the game by clicking on settings > help & about > help. Then at the bottom of that new page you can click on ‘contact us’. When filling the form, select Technical Support.

    @callisto1519, I’m not sure what happened there, please, answer the case again so they check one more time

    The app seems to crash whenever I transfer from Home to another location. It happened hours after I updated the app. Has this happened to anyone else or is it just me?

    I have the same problem since the new update today... I can’t go to work, to parties, and I can’t reach the family portrait, so I can’t promote my sim.
    Edit: I’ve reinstalled the game, and now it works properly.
    Edit2: before you reinstall your game, please, be sure, you are connected to the game center or facebook, if you don’t want to lose your progress!

    Same thing here. Have tried everything but can't play away from home location. Happened right after I updated yesterday

    Game keeps crashing whenever I try leaving home lot etc.

    Game first started crashing when going outside house now crashes when i open the app.

    Reinstalled for twice but still same... One of my sims can't start event at downtown 😖 also other sims stuck at home.. Can't go work just doing hobby or interact with kids.. Please fix it 😥
