If the game loads in another device, it could be there's something wrong with the game files installed in your iPhone.
You could try to reinstall the game on your iPhone and check if that helps.
@Finealta - thanks for sharing your experience! 🙂 I've never tried to use two accounts in the same device, so that's good to know!
