Game Progress Reset to Level 1

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Huawei P20 Pro
OS Version Android 10.0
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Entire game is reset back to Level 1

Hey Simmers!

I really need your help. I've already contacted the EA advisors multiple times to restore my game from level 1 back to 38. It's actually saved on cloud. It's been weeks since the glitch or bug corrupted my game and I'm still stuck waiting for their response. I've tried the troubleshooting steps they gave me, contacted them properly from the in-game option and every single thing I could do to restore it. I miss playing the game. I've even purchased a lot of limited edition packs with real money. How long do I have to wait? Please help me get it back. Thank you so much.

    Hi @EA_DragonsEye yes that was me haha. I just happen to have posted the topic here first before discovering I can reach out directly to you. Thank you so much! You solved my issue within an hour! My sims and I are happy to be together again after weeks of being apart lol.

    @EA_DragonsEye Hello. Can you please help me out? I faced the same problem. I use iOS and wanted to log in on my iPad. But on my phone the game got reset to level 1. I was on level 42. But my friend list is okay and the parties are also there that I was attending. I am so sad. I spent real money for this game. If I give my player ID, is it possible to get my progress back? Please?

    @MargotQuinn24 I had the same problem after the christmas update.I had to mail EA help 28 times in 44 days.EA then reverted my game back to date when I had all my progress safe(like 2 days before the bug).But when they revert the game,you lose all progress you make after your game resets.That means if they revert your game to a certain date, you find the game exactly as it was on that day.

    @GhostFreeek whoa that took a lot of effort to reach them. But we're fortunate that they've helped get our levels back. As for my progress, I was lucky they rolled it back literally minutes before the bug, so I only lost a bit of progress. A big reason why they call it rollback. It's like they help us by using a time machine haha.
