Unfortunately, it will only inform the owner upom reaching new relationship levels. It also comes with Relationship Points rewards, ranging from 10-20 pts, that can be claimed by the owner.

Can they stop the relationship?

    We have no option yet to opt out of relationships, just like Career Stories and Hobbies once completing them. (You can also opt out of Career Stories any time, as long as you have money)

    We could wait for this to happen, who knows what the Sims Mobile team would do? 🙂
