How can i change and move my floor decorations?!

I can't move my carpets...I tapped and hold them , but still it doesn't working... Please...i need help

    @SnuggleBunny972@Mairixt@EA_Mai  Here's the simple solution....

    So here I want to move my green bubble rug.

    But when I click on it the Collections menu pops up. All you have to do is close the Collections menu, as circled in pink and shown with the arrow. When it minimizes, the area you want to change is still active and you can move the rug. This also works when you have a table or something on top of it.

    As you can see here, the Collections menu is hidden, and I am able to select the rug no problem. Hope this helps.

    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: Can’t remove item - Brightened Day Decorations - Woven Half Moon Rug. Does not give the arrow & option to store/move/rotate/cancel. Goes right to build menu every time. Only item (so far) to experience this.

    Hello i know how to delete stuff. But how do i remove a rug i equipped. It won't allow me to.

    I had the same issue but found that, when I open inventory and tap in the rug I am able to move it. Hope this helps.

    My problem is in my kitchen. I already have owned the item put it in storage go back to get it and it will not go back in the kitchen. I was able to set it in the dining room but not even back in the same spot in the kitchen. My game closes that x as soon as I pick the stove up. Thank you

    Some objects have weird "proximity" buffers that won't let you place then too near other things (sometimes including windows and wall decorations.  When this happened to me in the kitchen, I removed all of the stuff around the spot where I wanted the sink (my problem object that wouldn't go back) and then I placed the sink.  After the sink was in place I replaced all of the other stuff and it worked just fine.

    I noticed this is happening with the rugs. You have to take the rug out, place the furniture item and then replace the rug. It's scary because I don't want to store anything that's out, because of the item limit, so I have to make room for it somewhere else. 😊
