How should I recover my account?

I had just reset my phone and when I installed and open sims again my progress of the game recently had vanished. I don't even know how to re-log in from it. pls help

    Hi byiuqhwgz24k​,

    There is a way to get your progress back. It depends on whether your Sims Mobile game was linked to an account before the reset. If it was linked to an EA Account, Facebook, Google Play, or Game Center, you should be able to pick up right where you left off. Simply log into the same account you used before, and your saved progress should come back. 

    If the game wasn’t linked, the save would have been stored only on your phone. As you mentioned, you reset your device, and that local data would have been erased, and unfortunately, local game data can’t be recovered without a backup. Only games connected to an account can be restored after a reset.
