Yes, it’s just digital data. So I don’t think that it would be so difficult to make up for the loss of customers DUE TO GLITCHES in the game. Why are you so reluctant to make compensations? Are we asking too much?? Well, it’s too much to deal with each and every customers, cuz there are too many glitches, there’s no end, haha

Thanks for addressing the issue head on and being willing to do something about it. My issues go back to almost the beginning of my game so a roll back would be the same as losing my game all entirely, even with restored purchases.
Wish there could be more time to spend on each individual glitch to resolve it. I feel like they could.
They will fix the game loading issue. Because time and money will be put to it. So yes, I feel like they could fix absolutely every issue there is.
Please, EA, if you’re in touch with these forums, address our chief concerns. There’s many passionate players around the world in this franchise that really do deserve more.

I will not be angry if I get proper supports, no matter how many times I get glitches.
I asked EAHelp and Simgurus for help early on, but you guys glossed over the fact that I needed a rollback. I knew from past experience that I probably needed to rollback but you guys told me to wait, so I did. The result is this. Dishonest. My game friend went through the same thing, and now she probably gave up the game. Yeah even if all the old players' games glitched and they left, new players will come along. It will be fine

I’ve asked EAHelp several times to roll back my game. I gave details of the issue with my game, added screenshots, and also included links to this thread and simgurus’ tweets. Their replies are "wait until the game team fixes the game".
My friend got a reset glitch after reinstalling and sent a ticket to EAHelp, but they asked her to reinstall AGAIN and then after seeing that the issue was not solved, they just said they would send feedback to the game team, unilaterally closed the case. After that, she reopened her case but they quickly closed it.
Simgurus telling us to rely on EAHelp, but EAHelp just says to wait for the game team to fix the game. We’re going around in a maze with no way out.

It has been a few weeks since I have been able to load my game. Prior to not launching at all, it would take several attempts to load my game. I am not sure how far back I would need to go to resolve the issue, but I am certainly not happy about losing any progress. I am also very unhappy that I cannot participate in the current events.
This is the response that I keep getting from EA Help:
Thank you for contacting us back at EA Help. My name is <name> and I will be assisting you today.
As we can check we have received a few similar cases recently.
And our teams are working on a fix that should be available with the next game update.
Meanwhile we can try to assist you by rolling back the account's progress to a previous state where the game did launch successfully.
So please do let us know if you wish to wait for the game update or proceed with the rollback.

My game takes multiple attempts to get into ,
wumples clock is out and missed out on prizes I worked for ,
loosing sims once they are sent to the other player requesting them ,
had 30 plus sims return to their houses back in Feb & March , I own all the lots and all house had 20 plus sims in each , some were difficult to remove , then one or 2 of the unresponsive sims became usable , I still have one returned sim happily floating around the house and can make him passive or active ,
in regards to receiving help from ea support well let’s say it’s a round about of repeated messages from a different person each time , to the point you just give up explaining it for the 100th time ,
I just don’t bother now , which is a shame because once they let me down I shut my wallet , I refuse to put money into a company that does not support its loyal customers , that goes for any ea product not just sims , theyve shown me that they don’t care about customer service
I can even tell when the game is going to muck up , a sim will start appearing in the water or in a place it shouldn’t be , checking out the road on the other side of landgraab was interesting 🤔, sims appearing at parties I know aren’t at that party but we’re at the previous days party , when the party chat shows I’m the only one who check in but all my contacts have attended I can see them , when this happens which usually a few days before an event starts , the above mentioned tell tale signs happen the next day I know to expect stuff to start going wrong 😑
the amount of things that go wrong on a daily basis is off putting
