How to get rocket science and surgeon career eventhough I missed events?

I'm on level 41 and had completed Dance Instructor event. Once I got some more money I unlocked Science Center and taking Rumblings From the Deep career. I can see the Rocket Science and Surgeon career but I can't unlocked it. People said they got the event and because I didn't open this game for such long period I can't participate in this event. How could I get this career? I really want to complete all of the careers option.

    You might get the heirlooms when you retire Sims or they might come up for sale in the heirlooms tab. There's also the possibility they have another event in a few months. Maybe?

    I've retired my two sims and they haven't given me any Rocket Science or Surgeon heirloom, I'm so devastated 😞

    You might have the Surgery Table. Just tap it to get the surgeon career.
