I cannot make a purchase

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everytime I try to make a purchase.. its suddenly rebooting the game.. cant purchase anything up until now
What do you expect to see? My purchase can go through and get what i wanna buy

It keep asking me to restart the game.. and i did but always asked me back to restart.. and sometimes its restarted by itself.. pls kindly help 🙂
