It just says its not compatible with my device, will there be any updates or anything that could help

If so, unfortunately, the RAM memory is pretty low, your device would need more RAM to be compatible with the game. As we are in a soft launch, this could change in the future. I am having the same thing pop up for me "Your device isn't compatible with this version" and I have cleaned my RAM and I have an SD card in my phone as well. And I really want to play but I can't get it. I have a Samsung j3 Luna Pro.

Then it might just be that your phone isn't strong enough to handle the game. Sadly I have no insight into what devices are and aren't supported so we have to trust what the app stores say.
