@lch8237 Hi, the sim slot should be empty before accepting the move-in message. Unfortunately the game doesn’t register the empty slot afterwards. The move in message should expire and disappear after some days and you could then try again.

    In my cases the message doesn't expire....

    This message is keep staying several couples of weeks in my message box.

    Even I reinstall the game, the status has not changed. Do you know why?

      @lch8237 The message takes many days to expire, but it will.
      It has always worked like this since the very beginning of the game.
      Reinstalling the game will not make a difference.
