I couldn’t move in a sim, traits are messing up every time I choose a new trait

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) iPhone 7 Plus
OS Version iOS

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Move in & traits
What do you expect to see? Be able to move in a Sim and traits remain the same!

I am extremely pissed off with your services and support!

You have not replied to my reminder email nor fixed the issues!

Until to-date, I still couldn’t move in a sim! This is so unfair after I have used all my efforts and tried repeatedly to reach level 8 relationship with a sim including using different sim to move that sim in!

I have my granddaughter borne in another household and would very much love to move her into my household as her mother is not retired in my household but that player’s household. This make me very frustrated because we are unable to continue our story line!

Besides, I am also facing another major issue! Every time after I choose a new trait for my sim, all of that sim’s previous traits messed up! They have automatically changed to random traits that I do not want!

On top of that, I have also never received any of your compensation for my losses as promised!

  • I'm a player like you, can I ask how did you try contacting EA? Through the app or through the EA website?
