I want to remove a sim forever

So a day ago, I made a relationship with my second controllable sim (Roommate) and I wanted to change the relationship, so i clicked on the family portrait, made that sim passive, and pressed remove....

@9cw12273t9x7 Hi, unfortunately there isn’t an option to remove from contacts. If the other sim is now a townie, give them a makeover and a new name. If you restart the app, while you are giving the makeover, you should be able to adjust the face and body to look different from your other sim.

Okay, so now the unplayable clone is no longer in my house, but he’s still in my contacts. And i want to get rid of him in my contacts too.

@9cw12273t9x7 I'm sorry I can't help it. In TSM Gameplay, old roommate (your original sim) will never be removed from your sim contacts. If you want to learn about retirement, let's click here.
