Hi, In app purchases are not working on Sims Mobile. I’ve managed to raise a case, but not getting anywhere. Anyone else having issues??

Hey there SarahR1982 What device are you playing on, and what happens when you try to make a purchase- do you see an error message?

EA_Solaire any update???? Is this a bug in the game as all other games in app purchases work. The case I raised on the 6th April is still ongoing and no response

Same thing happens to me im playing on IOS it just says transaction in progress restart game but when i do it wont let me purchase anything from the gameEA_Solaire

emem1234554 Try these steps, as well restoring the purchase. To restore your purchase, you can click on the Restore Purchases button in the Settings menu. Let me know if you still have issues then.

I thought it was just me but I’ve been having the same issue for about a month now 😭 everything EA_Solaire Has mentioned I’ve done as well .. Someone needs to fix the issue !!

I've been having the same problem for 2 years.. i tried everything forums said, check conmection, restart, delete and download again blablabla can't purchase anything and says "please restart the game to continue transaction" i'm on IOS and someone said try on a table.. but i don't have one. 2 years people!!!'

EA_Solaire still not working, even with the app update. I cannot raise a case and not getting a response.
