How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After latest update (day-two ago), the game is loading too long, often the loading screen never ends, sometimes after 5+ minutes it enters the game.
What do you expect to see? Quit loading screen after max 10 seconds and enter the game
