I'm sorry to hear this! I've heard more people about the Galaxy Tab A not being able to run the game.

From what I can tell the game needs a pretty strong mobile device.

Maybe you have a newer mobile phone where she could play the game on? Or would that be too small for her?

We are going to try to download on my phone, but it is definitely not ideal. While I bought the biggest phone on the market (for times when she uses it), it is still significantly smaller than her tablet, making it difficult for her to see. I just unloaded all of my pics so that we could download and will see if it works for her when she gets home from school. So disappointed in EA's accessibility.

    @Anayath1 you could try the suggestions from Mai on the first page of this thread on her tablet. Who knows maybe it will work...
