Bought Internet Icon package and also completed the quest. Received two heirlooms but the Internet Icon TRAIT was locked.
Contacted EA support and told them the problem. Three days later I received another Internet Icon package.
Now I have three heirlooms but the Internet Icon trait is still locked. Did all the troubleshooting steps but this hasn’t solved the problem.
Did you try placing the Heirloom down and testing if that might unlock it?
Ok, did that and it didn’t work. Still locked. Hope this gets fixed.
This sounds like a bug. Could you open a new post in the bug forum for this?
