Land Expansion Purchase Button Not Working

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Every time I try to select a plot for “Land Expansion” next to my house, the pop up to purchase appears, buy when I select purchase nothing happens (despite having plenty of Simoleons).
What do you expect to see? I expect the pop-up to allow me to process the land expansion
