What do you expect to see? Life tickets sometimes being given as part of randomised rewards from mailboxes (watching adverts), 'start the day' rewards and in daily 'family' chests.

Okay another slightly odd one and probably pretty minor in the scheme of things, but still notable to me:
I used to get green/blue/puple life tickets in the mix of randomised rewards for watching adverts at mailboxes, in the daily family chest, or as 'start the day' gifts. But for about a month now (I first noticed it during week commencing 17/4/23) I have not received a single life ticket of any colour from any of these sources, I can only now get them from STS events or by completing job/relationship/hobby storylines.
I suppose it's not a mssive deal, but I used to save them up to get heirlooms but now it's basically impossible to do so - this is especially true with the purple ones. I am not sure if you have deliberately removed them from the RNG mix of rewards or if this is a bug which occurred since an update, so I am reporting it just in case someone needs to be made aware.
