Llamazoom not recognizing completed events

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am completing events and llamazoom doesn’t recognize that that my sims has completed the event.
What do you expect to see? I want credit for my completed events
