Well i made my own post because about my own issue because the post i commented on his issue was resolved and mines wasn’t. So with that being said it shouldn’t be considered spam because the original post that i commented on wasn’t mine it was someone else’s. And their issue was cleared where mine isnt.
Has there been any updates for this issue...or is this never going to be resolved i can’t complete any missions because there is always a step that involves completing the LlamaZoom which still isn’t working.

I'm guessing you already tried, but just in case: did you try to restart your iPhone and see if that helps with this?
If that didn't work, there's something we could try - do you have another device in which you could install the game? Just for testing purposes?
If you do, please, download the game in your other device, and log in there to download your progress. You might need to play for a bit until you can log into your account and download your progress. Does LlamaZoom work as expected there?

hope all is well. yes i did restart the phone i also removed the app and then reinstalled the app on the same device and still nothing. i tried what you said and installed in on another device and still the same thing i get the same message.
SimGuruMaaike@PennyL0ve1 just to make sure, when you get that message, have you tapped on the screen to go to the next message?
I wouldn't say this is a bug, but an improvement.
A couple of players asked on FB about this same thing. They couldn't do LZ for about a week as they were tapping on the X-button on the upper right corner and nothing happened. The intuitive reaction is to click a button whenever you see one. I asked them to tap instead on the screen and that was the solution. LZ was unblocked.
Would it be possible be to remove the X-button and replace it with a normal green button so the user can continue to LZ tasks?

I've experienced a different LlamaZoom problem, twice this last week. I was in the middle of completing LlamaZoom quests (with just one left, the last one of 3 short events required) as part of the time-limited event to earn Photography career. I left my Sims to finish the task by themselves and disconnected. When I came back and the quest should have been finished, LlamaZoom had gone away ("returning in XX hours"), so the quest set wasn't completed and I didn't receive the LlamaZoom rewards, and consequently the Photography event requirement wasn't fulfilled either. I've lost a lot of time because I've had to repeat a full set of LlamaZoom quests, in two occasions, in order to complete the event requirement.
