Lootbox takes 60sec to process (transaction in progress?)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Tap on button to exchange tokens and claim a lootbox prize (all 3 levels of heirloom box, both Sweet Treat Showdown boxes) and each time the game gets stuck on ‘Transaction in Progress’ for around 50-60 seconds before the prize appears e.g. if I earn 900 Sweet Treat tokens and want to exchange it to claim 3 Sweet Treat box prizes, thats 3 minutes just waiting for ‘Transaction in Progress’ for all 3 boxes
What do you expect to see? Reduced waiting time to claim lootbox prize, preferably back to previous 2-3 sec wait

My bug is similar to another topic (Transaction in Progress) but happening to a different part of gameplay, specifically all lootboxes (all 3 levels of heirloom boxes and both Sweet Treat prize boxes)

It takes 50-60 sec on Transaction in Progress every time, for each individual box

Have done all the troubleshooting AND checked my internet connection (stable connection, normal speed), using mobile data instead of wifi and opening boxes at different times of the day but it all takes the same amount of time

This began after the new update (before this it takes 2-3 sec max to claim a prize) and appears to affect just the lootboxes
