Lost items after I bulldozed sims home

Today I "clean my home lot" and my items disappeared/deleted.

Does anyone have a similar problem?

The game treats it like I never bought them.

@deeraph1 Hi, unfortunately bulldozing can lead to items getting lost. Please contact EA advisor, if they might help to get items back.

I have sent 3 cases these days and I have not received any response, not even my things.

I've lost many items during the rebuilding my house at Edgewater Quay, because I switched between Android phone during the day and Apple iPad in the evening. The synchronisation between platforms obviously still doesn't work after all those years (I've read reports from 2018). When I've opened the game on another platform, the placement of rooms was old, but the placement of items like furniture, doors and windows was actually new, so the whole house was a real mess with items going through walls, sticking out and hanging in the air. When I moved walls to the new position the items turned red and were supposed to go to inventory. Except they didn't, the dissappeared for good and were nowhere to be found.

I contacted ingame help, created Ticket and had like 10 conversations where every day another guy told me he'd help me and he can see I've lost items, but at the end came out they neither can give me my lost items back nor even compensate for my loss so I could buy the items again.

This is really frustrating and support is the worst I've seen in many games and years,

Everyone, Don't play this game on two decides as you risk to loose your progress and valuable items!

PS: don't know if I should post this also somewhere else as this has a sync issue, may be someone could help me out. Thanks.
