Lost progress

i used to play the sims mobile game a ton and I had achieved atleast level 20. I was a doctor, had a husband and kids and my house was nice. Then my game started glitching and I resulted to deleting the app like I had before with no problems. It didn’t give me a choice to recover my progress and I had to make a new account. I lost interest due to this and now I’d like to start gaming again. Is there any way of getting my old data back?
