How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The main problem you will see by looking at the lot clearing itself on the right side of the house. The other problem I'm not sure will happen again, but tapping on a child ready to become adult and tapping 'not now' resulted in the child becoming adult anyways. Since this can't be undone I don't think it will happen again unless one of my sims has another child.
What do you expect to see? Money back, plot of land reverted to unclear status.

Additional feedback
I am not sure if this is the right place to report these issues. I have been having several glitches since the update.
1) I first noticed over a huge decrease in simoleans (around 10,000). Then I noticed a random plot of land was in the process of being cleared. I do not recall ever selecting the piece of land to be cleared. If I was going to clear an area it would NOT be right there at this time. I would like this action undone: Money back, land back to uncleared.
2) One of my Sims children, Ullal, was still a boy when I opened the game after installing update. I received the prompt to upgrade him to an adult and i declined. He then showed as having the wrong hair colour (orig red, now black). I clicked on him again trying to figure out why this was so. I was also again prompted to graduate him to adult. 3) I clicked decline and the next thing I knew he was an adult. Although his hair colour was back to red. It's not the biggest deal, but i was about to do the child interaction relationship. I'm also concerned that I keep having all these glitches as it may effect something more important.
