Missing items and tokens

I am missing 30 tokens from the seasons greeting event. Because I am missing those 30 tokens I can not purchase the grand prize because I am short 4 tokens. Also I am missing two(2 different styles) windows I have purchased. 
I included a picture of the two window styles I am missing
