Missing Objects in sims mobile

Hello I play Sims Mobile in my ipad. I tried accessing my saved game from the cloud using my android phone but some objects are missing. After that I can’t play the game in my ipad too. ☹️

    @emeief Hi, at the moment Android has a newer update version in the game and iOS is due to have the update maybe next week.

    If you played the updated game on Android, you can’t continue the game on iOS atm due to the different versions of the game. Missing items are probably related to this two different versions of the game, but you should always be careful when playing with multiple devices in order to avoid losing progress/items.

    @Ilois4hi, i have a similar issue. But im not playin in different devices. I just updated the game couple days ago and removed my all items to inventory. Then when i checked, most of them were gone. I created in game help ticket and created cases here and e-mailed for support but it isnt solved yet..
