Money Tree stopped offering SimCash before the time was up

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1.) Buy the Money Tree confirm that SimCash can be collected, and that it is on cooldown 2.) Place the same Money Tree in your inventory 3.) Take the Money Tree back out from the inventory 4.) Witness no more cooldown nor interaction options
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the cooldown continued from before it was deposited into my inventory, or else I expect to see the option to withdraw SimCash from it (supposing it's been at least 24 hrs since the last withdrawal)

Hello, The Money Tree stopped offering SimCash before the time was up. It was on cooldown when I last checked, but now that cooldown is gone and I cannot withdraw SimCash from it. I am missing out on SimCash that I paid real money for. Please help.
