My sim from My Sims Mobile game disappeared and is now missing!

Platform:Android Phone

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I have no clue how you can find the problem. The sim has completely disappeared.
What do you expect to see? For my Sims not to go missing and for the missing sim to return to my game.

Well, the glitch that has been happening to so many simmers in have been having in The Sims Mobile has finally happened to me. One of my sims up and disappeared from my Sims Mobile game. I had just finished doing a relationship event at the cafe with two of my sims when I sent one of them home. That is when I realized that the other sim no longer existed. He is the adult son of my oldest sims yet it's as if he was never born. He's not even in the household photo anymore and none of my sims have him in their relationship list anymore. What a pity. I really liked that sim and was about to make him playable.

Does anyone know if there is anyway for me to get back my missing sim?😳🤔⁉️🕵️‍♀️

The last picture below is how this particular household looks like now. Even though I moved the rest of the family to a new house, there are suppose to be three sims in the original starter house and not two. It's as if Erebus Serenity never existed.

    @hastingshouse "Novice" just means you haven't posted much on Answers HQ. That ranking increases the more you post. It has nothing to do with how long you've played, it's strictly for these message boards. 😊

    Also, The Sims (the first one) came out in 2000, so I assume you mean that you've been playing other Sim franchise games since the 90s (SimCity, SimEarth, SimAnt, etc.). Me too!

    @e8mudvchsl4d Thank God my Sim- Malkom finally found his missing Queen- Valentina!... always beautiful in white! 👏🤧🥰
    I was able to purchase a vacant lot to put in Nalani's house and that's where she passed by but Malkom was on an event with bff ™️Raven Sims. I missed her and vanished quickly before i get my other sim to add her as a friend. 😩😤😡
    So i stayed on the lookout for all the NPC that passes by until she re-appeared again! It also took awhile though... 🥺

    And the Sims Online lol. The game had promise and I made a lot of friends (we even went to visit them in AZ and they came to see us here, near Toronto) but we were glued to workbenches making gnomes for DAYS! Some ppl even had a family member spell them so they could sleep. Crazy!

    Check the cafe at random times. This is where I found my missing Sims and others have stated they found their in the cafe as well.
