My sims mobile wont let me play

I need help to fix my sims mobile game. I cant seem to be able to play it. It froze. Ive uninstalled and installed the game a couple of times ive done the tutorial and signed back in but its still frozen i was on level 39 had like 10000 simcoins.please help.
