Nalani’s Summer Getaway House - Missing purchase

Can someone please tell me what I have to do to get some help?  I purchased Nalani’s Summer Getaway House and it has not appeared in my game. I have been charged for it. I have followed every recomme...

Hey

 Just checking…have you bought a new housing lot to place the Summer Getaway house?

You’ll need an empty lot for it. If you don’t have one available, you can either buy a new lot or bulldoze an existing house to make space.

Once you’ve got a free lot, go into Build Mode and open the Designer Homes Catalogue (you’ll find it in the build menu). The Summer Getaway home should show up there, and you’ll be able to place it.
