Never used stickers & now gone.

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Android Phone

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Give me my stickers I had this morning
What do you expect to see? My stickers back

I had stickers this morning at 8 am but I didn't use them due to quest later on today that was coming. I got on at 3 and 4 pm my time and my stickers are gone and I never gave any out. It says  more stickers available tomorrow and the sticker thing is greyed out. So what the heck happen to my stickers. I want them back especially since I never gave any out this morning and I'm on that part of the quest. It's only 4:30 pm here and still no stickers which again I should have since I NEVERgaveany out 8 hours ago.  All these bugs are very annoying...

    They said there is nothing they can do. I don't know why I even try. They are so useless.

  • Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.

    You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
    This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

    I did Facebook EA help few hours ago and still nothing yet. Thank you for the info.
