No any Ad icon

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Android Tablet
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) BlueStacks 4
OS Version 7.1.2

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Waiting for Ads icon show up on Mailbox/STS Knife.

I use my phone AP as Wi-Fi, I noticed my tablet/emulator no longer show Ads lately (Icon and prompt), occasionally it working, but now like water cut off.
Re-installed not solved.
Weird is working fine on my phone..

The Ad settings UI changed after update, i'm not sure if they related.

I don't know how to say, an indescribable trouble. ：|

    @tankbear3840 Sorry you are having issues with Bluestacks but unfortunately it's not supported. You should contact Bluestacks support in order to get some assistance.
    Another option is to play the Sweet Treat Showdown on you phone.

    TSM all work fine on BS until the ad issue when TSM 19.0 released.
    may playing game without ads or leave to reduce workload on my phone. ：o

    Ad looks connected and working again.
    I don't know what happened, just congratulate myself.
