No Family Portrait
I had installed Sims Mobile over the weekend and I got no pop-up window to claim that picture frame that new Sims Mobile players were suppose to get when installing Sims Mobile. How was that suppose to work?

You receive the family picture frame in Sims 4 game , not in Sims mobile. There is aleady a family portrait on the wall in Sims Mobile. You receive clothing in the Sims Mobile.

Oh okay, thank you rosemow. Well now I have a problem with that because the Email address that I used for Sims Mobile is not the same as the Email address that I use for here. And the Email address that I use to log-in here is the same on my Origin account.
