Hi, since Dragonseye leave, who else can i ask for this kind of issue? i know everyone is busy fixing different issue, and looking for the better gameplay after this S4 festival update, but could you guys atleast fix the issue first before doing something big. and another issue will come. i love the this game, but it's really HARD to communicate. i dont even know to whom i can report. FYI, this is just my 1 issue from my so many bugs. ☹️ #SaveTheSimsMobile
- @shelby0311 unfortunately you need to reinstall the game. It is important to make sure that your game is connected to GameCenter before uninstalling the game! Otherwise you can lose the progress.
After you install the game again, make sure to select the appropriate age. The social networks and party chat is not available to minors.- @yani_tsm Hi. Thanks for the suggestion but i actually got the issue when I reinstall it. I started playing normal when I had face some issue and need to uninstall and reinstall. Then this happened. 😭
Anyone could help me? I don’t have the friendlist after the summer update. In relation to this, I can’t disconnect to my fb. No one in my friends can see my party. 😭
