No Zombie-utiful makeup after buying TH Explorer’s kit

Hello. I paid for the TH Explore’s pack and received all the perks except the zombie-utiful makeup. I’ve checked the male, female, child and toddler caches  but it is not there. I’ve looked in the blush, eyeshadow, and hat sections. Any advice? Thank you!
